Started by Emilie Kleiner in 2021, Cicada Design is a Maryland-based handmade jewelry studio that features lightweight earrings and necklaces made with Liberty of London fabric and wood. Emilie is inspired by surface design and her work expresses a vintage ethos that turns adornment into a wearable garden.

The heart of this studio is to bring beauty into the atmosphere and revive the soul with bright florals and feminine, timeless allure. Through her work, Emilie challenges the label of a "late bloomer" and redirects attention to the times and seasons for which we are meant to bloom.
